Chan Wan Hong

After more than 2 decades as an auditor, investment banker and CFO, I find great joy in assessing financial instruments for sophisticated investors. I believe that wealth can be multiplied by investing wisely, managing risk and working with trusted partners.
Wan Hong is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and an alumni of Columbia Business School and Lincoln University. He has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, including 10 years as an investment banker in top global investment banks where he specialised in Corporate Finance, as well as 10 years as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a large Indonesian conglomerate.

We offer a pool of Grade A traded endowment and life insurance policies which are procured from individual policy holders who do not wish to continue with their policies. Depending on the remaining tenure of the policy you purchase, annualised returns are a healthy 3-5% per year.
When you buy over one of these policies, you're investing in policies which are free from front-loaded distribution costs (i.e., agency fees). You will receive a full cash pay-out from the insurer once the policy matures or the insured person passes away.

Regulatory Information For Traded Endowment Products in Singapore
Traded endowment and life insurance policies are a financial product from third party issuers that are sold by TES to buyers in Singapore, hence the term 'traded'.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) acknowledges the existence of Traded Life Policies (TLP) and Traded Endowment Policies (TEP) as investments and states that it does not regulate the activity of trading in such products. No special license is required by distributors of Traded Endowments.
As such, TES Capital Investments Pte Ltd and its representatives uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and have become a trusted intermediary for traded endowment products in Singapore.
